Privacy Policy
1. Who We Are
RankLab 360 is a proprietary SEO intelligence platform operated by Suits Digital Pty Ltd (ABN 54 610 955 916). In this policy, "we", "us", and "our" refer to Suits Digital Pty Ltd. "Platform" refers to the RankLab 360 application, website, and all related services accessible at ranklab360.com.au.
2. Information We Collect
We collect personal information that is reasonably necessary for the operation of the Platform. This includes:
- Account information: Your name, email address, business name, and login credentials when you create an account.
- Billing information: Payment details processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers.
- Usage data: Information about how you interact with the Platform, including pages visited, features used, projects created, and actions taken.
- Project data: Domain names, keywords, rank tracking data, and SEO-related information you provide or that the Platform generates through its analysis.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and access times collected automatically through server logs.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Platform and its features.
- Process your transactions and manage your subscription.
- Send you service-related communications, including account notifications, security alerts, and system updates.
- Generate SEO analysis, blueprints, action items, and reports through RankLab 360 Intelligence (RL360I), our proprietary analytical engine.
- Monitor and analyse usage trends to improve the Platform experience.
- Comply with legal obligations under Australian law.
4. Third-Party Services
The Platform integrates with the following third-party services to deliver its functionality:
- Stripe: Processes payments securely. Stripe's privacy policy governs how your payment data is handled.
- SendGrid: Delivers transactional emails (password resets, account notifications). Your email address is shared with SendGrid solely for email delivery purposes.
- OpenAI: Provides AI content generation capabilities as one component within the RL360I engine. Content inputs are processed through OpenAI's API. We do not send your personal account information to OpenAI — only project-related SEO data necessary for content generation.
Each third-party service operates under its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review those policies. We select and manage these services carefully but are not responsible for their independent data practices.
5. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on secure servers. We implement industry-standard security measures, including encrypted connections (TLS/SSL), hashed passwords, and access controls, to protect your information from unauthorised access, alteration, or destruction.
No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we take all reasonable steps to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Cookies
The Platform uses session cookies to maintain your login state and preferences. These cookies are essential for the Platform to function and are not used for advertising or tracking purposes. By using the Platform, you consent to the use of these cookies.
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Platform's services. If you close your account, we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as resolving disputes or enforcing our agreements.
Project data, including rank tracking history and SEO analysis, is retained for the duration of your subscription. Upon account closure, this data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.
8. Your Rights

We process your personal data on the following legal bases:
- Contract performance: Processing necessary to provide the Platform services you have subscribed to, including account management, project analysis, and report generation.
- Legitimate interest: Processing necessary for our legitimate business interests, such as improving the Platform, preventing fraud, and ensuring security, where those interests are not overridden by your data protection rights.
- Consent: Where you have given explicit consent to specific processing activities, such as receiving marketing communications. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
- Legal obligation: Processing necessary to comply with applicable laws and regulations.
International Data Transfers
Your personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside the EEA or the United Kingdom. Where such transfers occur, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including the use of Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, or reliance on other legally recognised transfer mechanisms. You may request a copy of the safeguards in place by contacting us.
Your Additional Rights
In addition to the rights listed in Section 8, you have the following rights under GDPR:
- Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"): You may request that we delete your personal data. We will respond to erasure requests within 30 days. Certain data may be retained where we have a legal obligation or legitimate basis to do so.

- Right to restrict processing: You may request that we limit the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances, such as while we verify the accuracy of your data or assess an objection you have raised.
- Right to object: You may object to the processing of your personal data where we rely on legitimate interest as the legal basis. We will cease processing unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests.
- Right to lodge a complaint: You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your country of residence. For example, in the UK you may contact the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), and in Ireland, the Data Protection Commission (DPC).
EU/UK Representative
At our current scale of operations, we are not required under Article 27 of the GDPR to appoint a representative in the European Union or the United Kingdom. In the meantime, you may direct any enquiries to admin@ranklab360.com.au.
To exercise any of the rights described in this section, please contact us at admin@ranklab360.com.au. We will respond to your request within one month, as required by GDPR.
