Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions for the RankLab 360 platform ("Platform"), operated by Suits Digital Pty Ltd (ABN 54 610 955 916). By subscribing to the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this policy.

2. Subscription Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected). All fees are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.

3. No General Refunds

All subscription fees are non-refundable once charged. This includes, without limitation:

• Change of mind or decision not to continue using the Platform.
• Underutilisation of the Platform or its features during a billing period.
• Dissatisfaction with search engine ranking outcomes, traffic results, or the performance of SEO strategies. The Platform provides intelligence, analysis, and recommendations — actual search engine results depend on many external factors beyond the control of RankLab 360 or Suits Digital Pty Ltd.
• Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content or analysis produced by RankLab 360 Intelligence (RL360I).
• Failure to cancel a subscription before the next billing cycle.

4. When a Refund May Be Considered

Refunds will only be considered at the sole discretion of Suits Digital Pty Ltd in the following limited circumstances:

• Billing error: You were charged an incorrect amount or charged multiple times for the same billing period due to a system error.
• Extended platform outage: The Platform experienced a significant, sustained outage (more than 72 consecutive hours) during your billing period that prevented you from accessing core functionality, and we were unable to provide a service credit or extension as an alternative.
• Statutory consumer guarantee: A refund is required under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010) because the service has a major failure as defined by that law.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to admin@ranklab360.com.au within 14 days of the charge in question. Requests submitted after 14 days will not be considered.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

• You retain access to the Platform until the end of your current paid billing period.
• No pro-rata refund is provided for the unused portion of the billing period.
• No further charges will be made after the current billing period ends.

It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle if you do not wish to be charged again.

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or credit card provider without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to:

• Immediately suspend or terminate your account and all associated access.
• Pursue recovery of the disputed amount plus any associated fees or costs.
• Decline any future service to you.

We strongly encourage you to contact us at admin@ranklab360.com.au before initiating a chargeback so we can work to resolve any issue directly.

7. Service Credits

In cases where a refund is not warranted but a genuine service disruption has occurred, we may at our discretion offer a service credit or subscription extension as an alternative. Service credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

8. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred on you by the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement. Where a statutory consumer guarantee applies, our liability is limited to, at our option, re-supplying the service or paying the cost of having the service re-supplied.
