These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RankLab 360 platform ("Platform"), operated by Suits Digital Pty Ltd (ABN 54 610 955 916). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
"RankLab 360 Intelligence" (RL360I) refers to the proprietary algorithms, analytical frameworks, scoring models, data processing pipelines, quality-control systems, blueprint generation logic, action prioritisation engines, and all automated decision-making systems that power the RankLab 360 platform. RL360I is the exclusive intellectual property of Suits Digital Pty Ltd.
"Output" refers to any blueprints, reports, action items, content drafts, keyword maps, scores, analyses, or other material generated by the Platform through RL360I.
"User" or "you" refers to any individual or entity that creates an account or accesses the Platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at admin@ranklab360.com.au if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform, including but not limited to RL360I, are and shall remain the exclusive property of Suits Digital Pty Ltd. This includes, without limitation:
The Platform may utilise third-party AI services as one processing component within RL360I. The intelligence framework, analytical logic, data enrichment, quality controls, and decision-making architecture are entirely proprietary to Suits Digital Pty Ltd and are not derived from or attributable to any third-party service.
Subject to your active subscription and compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Output generated by the Platform for your own internal business purposes or the legitimate SEO management of your clients' websites.

Violation of any of these restrictions may result in immediate account termination without notice or refund.
Access to the Platform requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected). All fees are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable.
Payment is processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise Suits Digital Pty Ltd to charge the payment method on file for all applicable fees.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Platform after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting admin@ranklab360.com.au. Upon cancellation:
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Suits Digital Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Platform shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any consumer guarantee or right that cannot be excluded or limited under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Suits Digital Pty Ltd, its directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to breach of these Terms or prohibited conduct. Upon termination for cause, no refund of any pre-paid fees will be provided.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
